Our Founder
Ms Byfield, the founder of Engliture, started the centre with a deep passion for creating equal educational opportunities for all children, especially those from underrepresented and low socio-economic backgrounds. Witnessing firsthand how the pandemic amplified educational disparities, particularly for children who struggled with remote learning and lacked support, inspired a mission to bridge this gap. She envisioned a nurturing environment where every child could feel supported, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. With a belief that quality English education is key to unlocking broader opportunities, Engliture was founded to provide personalised, high-quality tutoring to help students build confidence, achieve academic success, and inspire a lifelong love for learning.

As an educator and a lifelong learner, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible transformations that happen when students are nurtured in a positive, engaging environment that is tailored to their needs.
Over the years, we’ve grown into a community that celebrates each learner’s unique journey, and I am immensely proud of the achievements our students have accomplished.
